If it’s not one thing it’s another, this morning the automatic sprinkler system took a dump. Of course it couldn’t just quietly quit working, it had to go out with a bang and flood the chicken yards and service drive.
Meanwhile…
The water is shut off at the ranch while I wait for somebody to come and replace the failed unit. My handyman is too busy, so I called my Spanish speaking landscaper. He answers, “Bueno” and I continue with my situation. His vocabulary is limited to yes and okay… what does that mean? Yes, okay, he’s coming today? I haven’t a clue.
That sure is the way it goes. However, perhaps you will get a poem or story out of it.

Hope it gets fixed soon…Yes, it seems like it’s always something. Just got the truck fixed and the dryer goes out…And I am so thankful for “puffs plus” kleenex, because I really have an awful cold. But hey, tomorrow’s a new day…a new challenge, perhaps a good day.
Oh no! I hate having a cold. have you tried Kleenex brand with lotion? It’s my favorite, a little spendy, but totally worth it. Feel better.
