Barn Beauties

People say extraordinary comes from prestigious bloodlines that cost a fortune…  perhaps this is true. Meet the stunning Imperial Baarez.

Then Again…

Obviously you can plainly see extraordinary can be a matter of personal opinion… and sometimes the bargain horse with the most to offer comes in a very small package.

Meet my partner, Louie

“What? So I ain’t a movie star…  neither are you friend.”

I’d pick Louie hands down any day of the week! Call me a hick, but I think Imperial Baarez is the strangest looking horse I have ever seen. (I once had a cousin who raised horses tell me it is very bad form to criticize anyone’s horse… so I guess my comment makes it official, I am a hick when it comes to horses. )

Great post. It is kind of like all of us with “rescue” dogs. We usually aren’t even sure what they are but we love them and they love us back. The world is a great place.

    He’s tooo cute!

  5. Louie is a fine figure of a horse – you are very lucky to have each other!

Indeed, his only job is to keep our burro company. No easy task either, the burro is a trouble maker and quite demanding of constant companionship. Louie may be small but he’s tough as nails, doesn’t let the burro push him around, and always does his job in a kind way.
