Phoenix is Cool!

Being raised in the Midwest, I’m still amazed that here in Phoenix, fall continues to look like summer. No colorful leaves, and only a hint of a chill in the air in the morning. Thanksgiving in the Midwest often meant snow covered ground and cozy fire to gather around after dinner. Definitely not here.

Christmas is just around the corner, there won’t be any snow, but there’s still plenty of festive decorations and holiday spirit. TBN Ranch will look exactly the same as it did in July… except the grass will be greener. Soon the rains will come and the desert will come alive… yep, it’s almost winter, and the best part is it’s sweatshirt time!

So where in the mid west are you from? I don’t know if Oklahoma is considered mid west or not, I should know, I’ve lived here long enough, but I’m originally from California. Amazing how things change in our lives…
