A Visit to the Feed Store

I never know what homeless critters will be available at my local feed store. Today, besides the usual gazillion chicks, and one ugly  bald peacock, there were also birds of a different feather. Cute!

Now how many did you take home with you.??

The Muscovy Ducks look awesome. We have five. Some people raise them for meat (they grow to a good size and are less greasy than Mallards), but we have them as pets. They are very hardy for our winters her in Canada.

  3. I don’t think I could go to that feed store and ever get out without wanting to adopt too many animals.
