    I have. They sometimes like them and sometimes don’t. They seem to prefer them fresh off the vine in early summer. Lol.

    Cooking the pumpkin seeds and strings in water simmering for about 10-15 minutes makes them easier for the chickens to eat.

  4. I’ve noticed that my chickens simply don’t eat some things like potato peels and citrus. I’m thinking they instinctively know what to eat. I’ve never really worried about the scraps I feed them.
