    Polish and Blue Andalusian’s lay white also! They might not have as colorful of eggs as some others…but they are colorful enough in their own right and their eggs taste like all the pretty colored ones! 🙂

      Yes they do! They Polish aren’t very good layers, well mine certainly are! I have some who do lay every day, however they all take the winter months off.
